Patrick Lin
Mr. Lin has over twenty five years of financing and investing experience. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Primarius Capital. Prior to forming Primarius Capital, Mr. Lin worked at several Wall Street banking and brokerage firms including Robertson Stephens & Co., E*Offering, and Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Lin was Co-Founding Partner of E*Offering, the investment bank of E*Trade. Mr. Lin is currently Co-Founder and Chief Business & Strategy Officer of Processa Pharmaceuticals, and also Chairman of the Board of Promet Theapeutics, a Biopharm company. He received an MBA and Master of Engineering Management from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Mr. Lin enjoys mentoring young professionals from a variety of backgrounds from some of the most prestigious institutions in the country.
Darlet Lin
Mrs. Lin has over twenty years of investment and corporate experience. She is a Co-Founder and Fund Manager of Primarius Capital focusing on the Consumer and Technology industries. Prior to Primarius Capital, Mrs. Lin was Finance Director of Intraware Co., a Senior Product Manager at Oracle Corporation in the Financial and Consumer Products Division, and has experience at Arthur Anderson LLC in the Entertainment, Oil & Gas and Nonprofit industries. Mrs. Lin holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the Haas School of Business Undergraduate Program, University of California at Berkeley.
